Yarrrrrn

Well, I've started on my Kusha Kusha scarf, and it sure is something. The two strands that are knit together are very much more thread than yarn, and the bulk of the work is done on number 8 needles. The result is a very open fabric despite that it's knit double. The recommended light felting should fluff the scarf up nicely though.

Even just a few rows in, you can already see the memory in the steel strand affecting the fabric. You can push it around and it will hold a bit of shape. I'm really looking forward to seeing this when it's done.

Also, when did Knitpicks get silk hankies? I'm placing an order soon because I have a Plan for my dad's birthday, but I think I'm going to have to add in something special for myself...
